Full Day = Laugh + Think + Cry

Jim Valvano (1993, 8 weeks before he died of cancer) :
"If you laugh, you think, and you cry, that's a full day. That's a heck of a day."

His tombstone reads: "Take time every day to laugh, to think, to cry."

I think too much, I may tear easily during movies, songs...etc, and I'm still learning to laugh more, as in laugh wholeheartedly.
